Ghtroc 700 Escape Shuttle

So I found this little blurb of a page on SWDA and decided it was worth it to model as this little guy can be pretty vital in my project. While it wont ever be seen in its parent vessel, I may have use for it somewhere.

This is the Ghtroc 700 Escape Pod / Shuttle (I like to call it an Escape Shuttle). It resides in the rear "legs" or "Fins" of the Ghtroc 720 Light Freighter. The 720 can hold two of these little guys. They hold up to 7 people and 200kg of crago. So essentially if a 720 were going down, it could evacuate up to 14 people and 400kg of cargo. It has six seats... the back and second row have 2 seats, the pilot sits alone and the third row has one seat that slides from port to starboard depending on the entry configuration. This third row seat can actually be removed in the shuttle configuration (Pictured here).

While its primary purpose is as an escape pod, it can also serve as a planetary shuttle (capable of surface to orbit transport) or ship-to-ship transport (hence the usefullness of this guy in my project). In the 720, passengers move to the rear of the 720, pull down a hatch from the ceiling and climb into the entry area of the pod. Once they enter the pod it is launched via catapult system out of the docking portal on the rear od each "fin" tube. (these docking portals also serve as airlocks to dock with othjer ships.

From what I gather, this guy has only sublight capabilities. It is operated by default in automatic mode, manuvering the pod to a designated "safe" distance from the ship before navigating to the most nearby habitable planet. In manual mode, the pilot can control the ship himself, thus it becomes a small shuttle.
